Hartville Schools

Through the use of FEMA funding, the school district was able to not only increase the functionality of the school for their students but also provide a safe shelter for the community members through a robust addition. Complimented by this gymnasium and performance space are adjacent existing classrooms that will now support the Performance Area.  With the new addition, the district also wanted to take this opportunity to simplify the main façade & entrance, reducing the number of stairs and inaccessible spaces. Upon completion not only will the building allow increased functionality through spaces accommodating all K-12 grade levels, but wayfinding & the identity of the school will be enhanced.
