ABOUT SAPP DESIGN
HOLISTIC THINKING
It is not enough to just solve your immediate needs. A complete architectural solution depends on proper planning and management of many external factors. These factors can have a significant impact on the success of a project. Our firm considers the history and the future of your organization. We examine your location, your market, your goals, and your operational structure, then we assess long-term implications and cost-benefit projections. We investigate multiple scenarios to provide you with a variety of feasible options. In this way, you are able to select from numerous innovative solutions that are refined to meet your specific needs.
Architecture
Architecture is the basis of who we are and what we do. Based in the heart of the Midwest, Sapp Design boasts 30 years of award-winning design with a relationship-driven mindset.
Interior Design
We design buildings that are beautiful inside and out! Our interior design department is focused on creating custom spaces that incorporate your culture, goals, and values into an aesthetically pleasing space.
Strategic Master Planning
Our master planning service creates a living document that aligns the goals of your organization and community, while planning for strategic growth over the long-term.
Feasibility Studies
Feasibility research is often required to confirm the viability of a proposed project. We analyze relevant factors such as the site, program, codes, and aesthetic quality to help determine a budget.
Sustainable Design
Sustainable design initiatives are part of every project we work on. Our team has completed many LEED Certified buildings, and we have designed schools that score nationally in the top 5% in regards to energy efficiency.
Furniture Coordination
Furniture is an important element in many design decisions. Our team works with the nation’s top vendors to coordinate all of the aesthetic and functional goals of your organization.
Adaptive-Reuse
We love reinventing the use of an existing building while honoring the building’s defining character. These projects can be some of the most challenging, but are considered one of the greenest forms of sustainable design.
Safe Room Design
Since our first safe room in 2001, our team has become a national leader, having completed more then 60+ dual-purpose structures designed to meet FEMA 361 and ICC 500 Standards
Visualizations
We can make your vision come alive with advanced technology! Through the use of virtual reality, you can enjoy a try-before-you-buy design experience to truly align your vision with your final result.
