Nixa Junior HS Safe Room

As a part of the Nixa 2014 Bond Issue, Nixa Public Schools commissioned the design and construction of two FEMA 361 design additions, one at the High School Campus and the other at their Junior High Campus.  The Junior High Safe Room serves over 800 students, staff and the surrounding community.   This 14,350 sq. ft Safe Room consists of a large multi-purpose gymnasium with spectator seating for 500 as well as a wrestling gym and locker rooms and is situated within a large residential neighborhood near the heart of Nixa providing safe harbor for nearly 2,200 people.

Another high-quality project completed by Sapp Design, an education architectural firm in the Springfield, Missouri area.
