CCL- Clever Branch Library
The new Christian County Library District’s new Clever branch library is 5,100 sf and boasts the same amenities, resources, and programs, usually only offered at libraries in bigger cities. This new branch is the true definition of a modern library because the library of the future will be judged more by the resources it provides a community rather than the number of books on its shelves.
By design, this library offers programming for all patrons to learn new skills or try new activities through community rooms, private break out spaces, and multiple computer stations. Even if you need help starting a business, if you want to research a topic or simply looking for new ways to have some fun, you can find the resources at this library. The library also has several meeting rooms and break out spaces with technology to host community meetings or even offsite business meetings.
The Clever Branch library’s completion will now meet the Christian County Library District’s goal of “Four on 14,” four freestanding library branches on Highway 14 that are accessible to the vast majority of the estimated 90,000 who live in Christian County.
