The new Tonganoxie Public Library will open in the Spring of 2020 nearly doubling the size of their previous facility. In addition to more circulation space, they will now have a three collaboration spaces, a new state-of-the-art community room, adult lounge area, teen gaming area, coffee cafe, two patios, fireplace, self-check system and enhanced technology throughout the facility. The children’s area will feature an interactive wall with soft seating for parents and the workroom will help to keep the staff more functional by giving them space to repair, sort and organize the collection.
