Evangel Administration

The new Evangel University Administration Building, which was named after the Rev. Ralph M. Riggs, replaced the last remnants of the historic O’Reilly Hospital WWII-era barracks. The administration building anchors the camps quadrangle and is the welcoming face for the University.

The new facility includes three floors for a total area of 63,000 square feet and a construction budget of $10.9 Million. This complex houses enrollment, student development, security, post office, business and finance, computer services, institutional advancement and the offices of the University President.
