Mt. Vernon Football Field

A new sports complex is underway for Mount Vernon High School. The scope of the athletic complex includes an artificial turf field, 8 lane synthetic surface track, grandstand bleachers with press box, visitor’s bleachers, field house & locker rooms, and a concessions/restroom.

The complex is designed to accommodate 1,500 spectators at the home side and a capacity of 600 on the visitor’s side. The complex sits to the west of the high school and is positioned with end zones at the north & south. The stadium also includes an entry structure and gate that are designed at the new entry plaza.
