Phase 1 of this school improvement project introduces a new, two-story addition featuring 20 classrooms, including general classrooms, specialized science labs, and art classrooms. Designed with future expansion in mind, the addition is organized into “academies”, with flexible collaboration spaces directly adjacent to each classroom pod. This creates a unique environment for group learning and interdisciplinary collaboration, aligning with the district’s educational vision.

In addition, five classrooms in the existing wing will undergo a renovation to modernize and better integrate them with the new academy-style approach. A new commons area will serve as a central gathering hub, providing students with a versatile space for socialization, study, and school activities.

The project also includes a new administration suite with a secure entry, enhancing safety and functionality. A landscaped outdoor courtyard and an entry plaza create inviting spaces for students and staff to enjoy, while site improvements include new parking lots, speed-calming measures, and enhanced site lighting to improve accessibility and safety across the campus.
