The Scott Regional Technology Center serves sixteen area high schools and layout utilizes central Commons areas with administrative offices, distance learning and delta classrooms. The Commons area serves as the ‘hub’ separating the general classroom wing and the Industrial Arts wing. The general classroom wing offers classes for culinary arts, health, drafting, computer programming & networking and an operating child care program.
The Industrial Arts wing consists of shop areas, diesel technology, construction technology, agriculture, welding technology, machine tool technology and JROTC programs. Classroom expansions were necessary within two years of the original opening to accom- modate the tremendous growth in the Career program. This included new Business Labs and Delta Classrooms.
